Clean wholesale prop. Not much work to do on the interior. You could probably leave the kitchen as-is, but you would want to refinish the bathroom cabinets. I’d replace the master surround and refinish the hall surround. Remove the popcorn ceilings and paint inside and out. Nice exterior paint and landscaping will go a long way here.
Save the interior tile and the stainless steel appliances look pretty nice. The pool has some chips, but might sell as-is, if not, plaster patching rather than a full refinish might do the trick.
If you do want to upgrade the kitchen, I’d go with a white refinishing, new cheap granite and backsplash tile.
